Apdex: Measure User Satisfaction Levels
You can get a quick at-a-glance measure of how your end users are experiencing your application with Apdex. The Apdex chart on the APM overview dashboard groups response times as "Satisfied", "Tolerating", or "Frustrated" and then displays the ratio of satisfactory to unsatisfactory response times in a time series line graph so you can see how satisfied users are with your application for a given window of time.
